no. you don't have to.
the license should be something like this:

example.png by bill smith released under GPL

or if it contains a logo from a game:

example.jpg by Bill smith based on image by will smith released under CC0


try taking a look at the licenses for different tracks from STK and make them like that:

hm... :think: maybe i am forgot to packaging texture inside blend files, about location F:, i did extract files (minigolf mischief) in my directory for edit on blender, and about "changed the rock texture to a lower-resolution one", i just change texture name + extension (at begin = "rock.jpg" , because texture have use is "rock_brown.jpg" so i change as "rock_brown.jpg" for succesed link texture when i am run minigolf-track in supertuxkart.exe ) . the list texture did i change before is :
1.grass.jpg = grass3.jpg
2.rock.png = rock_brown.jpg
3.sky.jpg = sky3.jpg

But, now i did fix problem and packaging texture in blend files + add texture file, so just check again.
Maybe i am missing something again.

First of all, the things I mentioned and which you did not update yet. That is:
- You should get rid of the shortcut
- The texture transitions aren't worked on yet
- At some areas it still feels empty or repetitive

However, there are a few more issues I'd like to bring to your attention:
- Some of the bushes are solid objects, thus causing the kart to go up. This looks just wrong.
- The hills in the background stop too suddenly.
- It seemed to me that fired bowling balls do not drop into the acid lake. Please verify this, though, as I'm not too sure about this.
- The bridge seems to be only a flat plane, rendering it invisible when viewed from the side (e.g. if you drive over the first bridge and look at the second, you won't see it).

FPS is frames per second.
you can just start over with the version of the track from SVN and re-add the ramp. :D

By slow I meant it was running with like 2 frames per second (FPS), I have no idea why

This version doesn't have this problem, but other problems : the sky is too stormy, the golf balls are partially into the ground, some collectibles in the tunnel have gone missing. And did you scale the whole track up? I'm not sure I like the track to be bigger
